Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, our personal care and oral hygiene products cannot be returned if opened or used, unless they are faulty or not as described.

We accept return or refund requests within 14 days of delivery, only if:

• The product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect;

• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other cases (e.g. change of mind, personal preferences), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

❗ Unauthorized or unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
