Processing Time


Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates


We offer standard shipping across Australia.
Shipping is free for orders over AUD $50.
For orders under that amount, a flat rate of AUD $2,95 applies.
Estimated delivery times:
-Metro areas: 2–4 business days
-Regional areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

 

Shipping Carriers


We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

 

Order Tracking


You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update.

 

Delivery Issues


If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@candysmile.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 

Incorrect Addresses


Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
